By booking a service with mello, you agree to the following terms, designed to protect both our clients and the therapists we work with.
1. Services Provided
mello connects clients with qualified, independent therapists who provide massage and wellbeing treatments.
All therapists operate independently and are not employees, partners, or representatives of mello.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a safe and comfortable experience, clients must share any relevant health information with mello or the therapist before the treatment begins. This includes, but isn’t limited to:
Existing medical conditions or physical limitations
Allergies or skin sensitivities
Pregnancy, at any stage
This helps the therapist tailor the treatment appropriately and safely.
3. Pregnancy & Safety
If you're pregnant, please speak with your healthcare provider before booking any treatment.
Some services may need to be adjusted or postponed depending on the stage of pregnancy or individual health conditions. Your wellbeing always comes first.
4. Liability
mello acts as a facilitator of wellbeing services and is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or outcomes of services provided by therapists.
Each therapist holds their own insurance and will provide a consent or consultation form prior to treatment. Clients must review and agree before any session begins.
5. Cancellations & Changes
We understand that plans change. To help everyone’s day flow smoothly:
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the booking fee
No-shows or cancellations at the time of service will be charged 100%
6. Indemnity
By booking a service, clients agree to hold mello harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their session, including failure to share relevant health information or follow safety guidelines.
